Pennsylvania Decides

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is the state’s highest court and consists of seven justices who are elected to 10-year terms. The court hears decisions that impact abortion access, voting rights, and public education.

In November 2027, Pennsylvanians will be voting in three nonpartisan races for the state Supreme Court.
